Testimonial:

“Transformational Journaling for Recovering Souls is an easy read…a good tool to learn how to journal. Anyone picking up this short book/journal can address their self-esteem, self-confidence, or trauma issues. I recommend it as an adjunct to therapy, for addiction treatment aftercare, or abuse survivors to maintain recovery.”
