This course covers specialized treatment with female offender/abusers. This training includes: addressing women and substance abuse and how that interrelates to the violence in their lives, victimization/trauma, the context of female violence in relation to prior victimization, and the role of children in female decision-making and economic resources.

Modifications from male oriented treatment to female only treatment
